My February Goals

  • 5 squats to wake up my muscles as soon as I wake up
  • 5 peloton rides 
  • Foam roll every weekday (ooouuuucccchhhhh) 
  • Do one meditation prior to starting work 
  • Prepare for my personal powerlifting meet in March (it’s my 2021 Big Brain Day 10 Year Anniversary!!!)
