Build Your Team

Have you ever heard the saying that you are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with? That's what I took to consideration when building my support team. I had a basic understanding of what I wanted, people who were a few steps ahead of where I wanted to be. People who would help me propel forward. I wanted to find people that would lift me up and help me grow in the areas that matter the most to me.

Friends and family can only take you so far. That is exactly why the coaching industry has grown so much since the first personal development coach labeled himself as such. (If you don't know who that was, it was the famous Tony Robbins) But I am not talking down about coaches, in fact I love them. Without their accountability, skillset, and time having perfected the skills I am learning to master, I would still be stuck. They helped me blast through what I thought were barriers. Go beyond what I thought was possible for me. They were shoulders to cry on when times were more than a bit challenging. They are who I chose to surround myself with, because I never want to be the smartest in the room. I want to grow. I want to see where I can really take this partially titanium body.

Dreams need encouragement, I want to create good habits and hit my goals. I hope that you want to do the same. So I ask you: who are you surrounding yourself with? Are they propelling you forward and helping you achieve Quantium leaps? Or are they holding you back where it is comfortable.....and what are you going to do about it?
